Rent a Drum and Ohorongo cement have formed a collaboration to establish a Refuse Derived Fuel plant as a suitable approach in managing non re-usable waste. The Minister of Environment and Tourism, Pohamba Shifeta inaugurated the first Namibian Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) processing plant on Friday in Windhoek.
